I used to Meal Prep on Sundays, but now that I’m home, I’ve decided that Monday is a great day to prep meals for the week. We go out and do our grocery shopping in the afternoon, and I make my meal plan and grocery list during nap time. This week is a bit different with our second daughters baptism on Sunday, so I’ll leave out the screenshots of our grocery list since it will have way more than usual. Notice we do leftovers quite a bit to cut costs, and we do 90% of our shopping at Aldi. Without further ado, here’s this weeks plan!

Meal Prep 9/25-10/1


Monday: Leftovers

Tuesday: Cheesy Chicken and Rice (Instant Pot or Crock Pot) I omit the onion and corn, and use carrots only

Wednesday: Leftovers

Thursday: Cream of Potato Soup (Instant Pot or Crock Pot)

Friday: Crescent Roll Pizza Twists

Saturday: Leftovers

Sunday: Claire’s Baptism- no formal dinner planned

Chicken Breast (3-4) Fresh
Zatarain’s Yellow Rice
Cream of Chicken Soup x2
Diced Carrots
Bacon Bits
Frozen Hash Browns
Cheddar Cheese (grated) (2 blocks or bags)
Cream Cheese Block
Chicken Broth
Crescent Rolls x2
Mozzarella Cheese Block
Pizza Sauce
